By and large, it was easy base for sightseeing in Saint James, had much fun and met very very helpful staff with an excellent service. The room was well-appointed and had a SUPERB view of the sea. The bed was super and there were coffee/tea making machines and a fridge.

The staff here were always friendly and respectful.

I thoroughly enjoyed the staff, they were very good and enthusiastic. I’d say that room was spacious and updated, it had coffee and tea making facilities, and a refrigerator, that's convenient.

I had a room with separate beds, a wonderful view, and they even included soft drinks, plus the staff was extremely kind and professional.

The view from my ocean-view room was breathtaking. The cleanliness of the pools, beach, and common areas was exceptional. The staff members, especially Deloris at the bar, were brilliant. The location right on the sandy beach was perfect.

Couldn't fault anything.

I recently stayed at a stunning hotel in Barbados. Situated in a beautiful location, the hotel had a decent reef for snorkelling and a roped off swimming area. There were two restaurants to choose from, Reflections or Drifters, both offering delicious meals. The hotel was conveniently located on the main road between Bridgetown, the capital, and Hole and Speight Town. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with well-equipped bathrooms. The staff were attentive and friendly, providing excellent service. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a variety of options. Additionally, the hotel had excellent facilities, including free water sports and organized activities, making for an enjoyable and adventurous stay.

One downside was the limited availability of reservations for dinner at Waves, the hotel's off-site restaurant.

Crystal Cove By Elegant Hotels - All-Inclusive Saint James is a truly amazing hotel. We absolutely loved the location right next to the beach. It was so convenient for us to go straight from the hotel to enjoy the beautiful sandy shoreline. The beach access made our vacation here even more special.

As a business traveler, I appreciated the peaceful atmosphere without radio playing in the hotel. The complimentary water sports were a great addition. The hotel never felt overcrowded, and there were always available chairs at the beach or pool. The cleanliness of the pools, beach, and common areas was impressive. Some staff members were pleasant to deal with. The ocean-view room provided a stunning view. The food was excellent, and there was a great Caribbean feel throughout the resort. The fitness room was also great.

I recently stayed at Crystal Cove for a week-long vacation. The location was excellent, and the free water taxi and access to other hotels in the group was a huge bonus. I also loved that water sports were included in the package. The hotel was clean, with the exception of a few tired-looking areas. The coffee and wine bar served great coffee, and the children's club was very welcoming with plenty of activities for the kids. The all-inclusive meals were excellent, and the staff went above and beyond to bring drinks and ice creams to the guests. The pools, beach, and common areas were always clean and well-maintained. a wonderful experience.

Strongly recommend this hotel.

The location of Crystal Cove is excellent, with access to other hotels in the group and a free water taxi. As guests with disabilities, we appreciated the inclusive water sports and the accommodating Children's club. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the coffee and wine bar served delicious coffee. the facilities and amenities were impressive and catered to a variety of preferences.

Our romantic escape was made special with the friendly and attentive staff who offered complimentary watersports and refreshing drinks. The stunning location of the hotel provided a beautiful backdrop for our holiday. The variety of food options was impressive with some unique local dishes that we enjoyed.

Our room felt a bit outdated and could use a bit of renovation. The entertainment options were limited and could be improved.

The food at the hotel was impressive, with a wide selection to choose from. We particularly enjoyed the option of dining at nearby restaurants for a change of scenery. The location of the hotel was ideal, with stunning ocean views and a beautiful beach. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the clear and calm waters.

Some areas of the hotel were in need of renovation, but we noticed that they were working on it during our stay. However, this did not affect our overall experience as we spent most of our time on the beach and exploring other nearby properties.

crystal cove was a fantastic stay! the food was amazing, the staff were friendly, and the location was perfect. the pool and beach were beautiful, and the all inclusive option was a great bonus. loved the caribbean vibe and the complimentary water sports. overall, exceeded expectations for a wedding ceremony.
