The all-inclusive pool was lovely, but the room had a cracked bath.

stayed here for 3 nights, and it was absolutely not the luxurious escape I envisioned. The pillows were so thick it felt like a small mountain, making sleep impossible. And I can't believe they ran out of beach towels while I had to chase staff around like a lost puppy. I almost thought about leaving a good review, but just couldn’t.

It was just a fine choice for a lightning trip in Saint James with great value for the money. The all-inclusive water sports were a fun highlight, allowing us to try kayaking and snorkeling daily. Make sure to get up early for the best sun loungers at the pool.

For dads, it would be great if the children's menu offered more variety.

Amazing Family Vacation with Exceptional Staff

Our week-long stay was unforgettable, particularly because the staff really made an effort to know our kids' names and engaged them in activities like beach cricket, creating a fun and lively atmosphere. The beach was stunning, and the watersports available kept everyone entertained while we enjoyed fantastic food that catered to all tastes, with the team even going out of their way to accommodate special requests. However, the rooms could use some updates as the bathrooms were a bit dated.

The exceptional service from Lisa and her team made our stay memorable as they meticulously planned a surprise proposal for me, creating a beautiful ambiance with flowers. We also adored the stunning sea view from the terrace, perfect for enjoying the sunset.
